Our client who are a national wealth management firm with offices across the UK are currently seeking an experienced paraplanner to work in their Norwich office (hybrid working). Working as a paraplanner you will work closely with the independent financial advisers in providing holistic financial planning solutions to HNW clients. You will be responsible for providing research, analysis (including cashflow modelling analysis), technical support to advisers, and preparing suitability reports. This firm will support you with technical qualifications and professional development in the role. You must have paraplanning experience, be CII Level 4 Diploma qualified (or very near to this) and ideally be studying or be keen to study further qualifications. Basic salary up to £45,000, discretionary bonus and generous pension and benefits.

In this role you will undertake tasks including inputting new business applications and following these cases through to completion; processing investment and pension withdrawals; providing technical support both internally and externally with clients, compliance monitoring; assisting in the production of suitability reports; and project work when required. Our client is looking for an experienced financial planning administrator in Marlow to provide administrative and client servicing support to the team, which consists of both Financial Advisers and Paraplanners. Some of the day to day responsibilities will include: Liaising with clients, product providers and other 3rd parties Preparing documentation, including valuations, for client meetings Obtaining illustrations/quotations, product literature and fund/transfer values from product providers and other 3rd parties Sending information requests to providers, and managing these through to receipt of information You must have experience providing financial planning administration support to independent financial advisers and ideally hold or be working towards CII qualifications. Basic salary to £42,000 benefits + generous bonus scheme.
