About The Role: Provide remote monitoring, preventative maintenance, fault rectification and first line technical support on security systems, networks and cloud hoisted platforms (CCTV, ACS, VMS, Azure, AWS, TCP/IP, VLANS etc) as managed through our Security Service and OnVehicle propositions, ensuring maximum system uptime, early health warnings and rapid fault resolution.
