SEND Assessment & Review Officer We are seeking an experienced and motivated SEND Assessment & Review Officer to join our SEND service. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments and Annual Reviews, ensuring statutory duties are met and that children and young people receive high-quality, outcome-focused EHCPs.
