Key Responsibilities Drafting high-value Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Bills of Costs, including Precedent S Electronic Bills. Preparing Precedent H Costs Budgets using CostsMaster. Negotiating costs settlements and advising clients on recoverability and prospects of success. Managing pre-CCMC preparations, budget negotiations and ongoing costs management. Preparing solicitor-own-client documentation and advising on costs recovery. Liaising with solicitors, counsel and experts throughout the costs process. Providing clients with advice on costs procedures, case strategy and negotiations. Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
