About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to build valuable classroom experience, support student development, and explore different schools across the region.
As a supply teacher or cover supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Enjoy the freedom to shape your own working week
- Gain experience across a range of schools, year groups, and teaching styles
- Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive, productive learning environment
- Support students with their learning and keep them engaged throughout the day
Who We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting
- Are motivated to support both students and schools in achieving their goals
- Bring positivity, adaptability, and confidence into every classroom
- Are comfortable managing a classroom and delivering lessons across various subjects and age groups
- Hold a degree or have equivalent relevant experience in education
