Remote Customer Sales Advisor

£17.32 hourly

Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced self-driven and client-focused candidate who has the ability to convert an initial enquiry into an agreed sale.

You will be given a client base to work with, arranging calls with prospective clients and offering advice on the best suited options. This is not a cold calling role.

You should have knowledge and experience within a similar consultative sales role and a naturally inquisitive personality.

What s in it for you?

Pay: £17.32 per hour (inc. holiday pay) + additional on target earnings

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Remote working but with ability to reach the Hertfordshire office within one hour, every 1-3 months

Temporary contract for 2-3 months

Key responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets through acquisition of clients from an extensive database of leads

Maintain a sales database to record all activities

Manage online chats via a bespoke system

What our client is looking for:

Proven experience of consultative sales

Excellent knowledge of all MS Office

Quick learner of using CRM systems

Knowledge of web chat systems

Ability to build and manage relationships with new leads

Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

Excellent written and spoken English

Excellent listening skills

Self-driven, well organised, innovative, flexible
