The Senior Financial Accountant Role:

This role sits within a growing finance team and plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and strong reporting processes across a multi-entity business. •    Supporting data-driven financial reporting, delivering variance analysis and clear insights for management and senior stakeholders
•    Assisting with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accounting, ensuring accurate eliminations and scalable close processes
•    Supporting audit and compliance workflows, preparing system-generated documentation, schedules, and responding to auditor queries
•    Partnering cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial data flows across the organisation
•    Driving continuous improvement by enhancing accounting processes, controls, and documentation, with a focus on automation and scalability
•    Using financial systems, reporting tools, and Excel models to maintain data integrity, reporting discipline, and process efficiency

About You:

You are a detail-oriented and disciplined accounting professional who combines strong technical capability with curiosity and sound judgement. You take ownership of your work, look beyond the numbers to understand business drivers, and communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders.

You will bring:

•    A meticulous approach to reviewing financial data and resolving discrepancies
•    Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret results beyond “it ties”
•    Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
•    Clear, effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
•    A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Experience & Qualifications:

Essential:

•    CPA qualification or actively working toward completion
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial accounting within a complex environment
•    Strong experience with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and core accounting processes
•    Experience developing accounting policies and internal controls
•    Solid understanding of GAAP (IFRS exposure desirable)
•    Strong Excel and analytical skills
•    Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Desirable:

•    Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
•    Background in technology, SaaS, or multinational organisations

What we offer in return:

•    Senior global role with genuine influence
•    Exposure to executive leadership and board reporting
•    Opportunity to shape and scale a global accounting function
•    Career progression within a high-growth international business

If you’re a proactive, detail-driven accounting professional who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and working in a high-growth environment, this is an opportunity to take the next meaningful step in your career. You’ll play a key role in shaping a scalable, high-quality finance function within an ambitious international SaaS business.
