A specialist law firm is seeking an experienced Auction Solicitor to join its team on a fully remote basis.
This role is not suitable for general conveyancers or solicitors with only occasional auction exposure. Extensive, hands-on experience in auction transactions is essential and applicants must be qualified.
The RoleManaging a full caseload of auction property matters from instruction through to post-completion
Advising on pre-auction legal packs, title issues, special conditions and risk
Acting on tight deadlines with accuracy and confidence
Working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
Extensive, demonstrable experience in auction work
Strong technical knowledge of property law and auction-specific issues
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines
Excellent communication skills with clients, agents and auction houses
