Auctions Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing - Fully Remote

Job Description

Auction Solicitor - Fully Remote

£40,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

A specialist law firm is seeking an experienced Auction Solicitor to join its team on a fully remote basis.

This role is not suitable for general conveyancers or solicitors with only occasional auction exposure. Extensive, hands-on experience in auction transactions is essential and applicants must be qualified.

The Role
  • Managing a full caseload of auction property matters from instruction through to post-completion

  • Advising on pre-auction legal packs, title issues, special conditions and risk

  • Acting on tight deadlines with accuracy and confidence

  • Working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment

Essential Criteria
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)

  • Extensive, demonstrable experience in auction work

  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and auction-specific issues

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills with clients, agents and auction houses

Please do not apply unless you meet both criteria: qualification and substantial auction experience. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

What's on Offer
  • Fully remote working

  • Salary of £40,000 - £60,000, depending on experience

  • Flexible, grown-up working culture

  • Opportunity to work with a specialist, well-established team
