Hybrid: 3/2 and 4/1 every other week

Our client is seeking an exceptional Legal PA/Secretary to support leading attorneys within one of the most dynamic, fastest-growing litigation firms in London. ? What the role entails
- Producing, proofreading and formatting high-quality legal documents, correspondence and presentations with absolute accuracy.
- Managing busy attorney calendars, extensive travel schedules, and coordinating meetings, events and client arrangements.
- Running efficient administrative workflows - from time entry and billing coordination to database updates, filing, archiving and confidential records management.
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper: handling calls, monitoring email as needed, and staying ahead of shifting priorities.
- Providing flexible support across the office - reception cover, hearing prep, BD admin, bundling assistance and occasional evening/weekend work.
? What they're looking for
- 2+ years' law firm experience (litigation exposure is a bonus).
- Someone who is bright, switched on and is enthusiastic to get involved in the caseload of work
- A proactive self-starter with exceptional organisational skills, calm under pressure and able to juggle competing deadlines.
- A clear, tactful communicator who builds trust with partners, colleagues and clients alike.
- Detail-driven, discreet, and committed to delivering consistently excellent work.
