Our Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Print & Production Services team, delivering high-quality retail display projects across global environments.

In this client-facing role, you ll manage projects from brief through to production, delivery, and installation acting as the key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. You ll oversee procurement, production, shipping, and billing while ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has hands-on print management or Point of Sale production experience, strong supplier negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects. You ll build trusted client relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and help maximise margins while maintaining exceptional quality and service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end production of print and retail display projects

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and production teams

  • Negotiating costs and improving operational efficiencies

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Maintaining accurate project and procurement records

What we re looking for:

  • Experience in print management and/or point of sale production

  • Strong project management and organisational skills

  • Confident client communication and stakeholder management

  • Commercial mindset with a focus on cost control and margins

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
