A highly respected wealth management practice in Kent is looking for an experienced Client Services Consultant to join its team. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the support of an established, professional operation.
The firm provides holistic financial planning and long-term wealth management, supported by strong paraplanning, administrative and compliance teams. They pride themselves on exceptional client care and maintaining high professional standards.
The Role
You will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, ranging from smaller investments to multi-million-pound arrangements, ensuring they receive a consistent, high-quality service. This position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to build strong ongoing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing full client review cycles from preparation through to completion
• Communicating directly with clients to handle ongoing servicing needs
• Processing disinvestments and case submissions
• Updating CFR records and coordinating case planning
• Supporting client acquisition and retention activity
• Ensuring all work and processes meet Consumer Duty requirements
• Managing multiple active clients per month with accuracy and professionalism
About You
• Experience within a St. James's Place practice is essential
• Strong background in financial planning administration and/or paraplanning
• Able to manage a busy caseload with excellent accuracy and organisation
• Professional, confident and client-focused
