£45,000 - £55,000 + package
A Pensions Consultancy firm who are continuing to grow and develop are looking to expand their projects team with the recruitment of a Senior Pensions Analyst. This key role supports a Project Delivery Manager with the delivery and allocation of project work.
Specifics of the role include -
- Deliver client projects on time, in budget and within the project scope and requirements initially set out.
- Help manage the team, checking work, ensuring clients reports are of the highest standard and providing expertise and overview as needed.
- Manage data, data reporting ensuring data integrity and standards are maintained. Advise on data processes, improvement areas and any legislative requirements.
- Implement work a set out in the initial client planning stage and in line with project proposal documents. Manage the completion of implementation projects ensuring the successful handover of data and calculations.
- Ensure that risks and controls are in place and followed. Any potential breaches are reported and managed.
- Take an active role in recommending delivery improvements, efficiency savings and quality of service upgrades.
This role requires candidates to have a strong understanding of complex pensions administration, project work and data analysis. You should also feel comfortable working without supervision and be able to lead a team through effective management and communication.
The role can be offered on an office / hybrid or fully remote basis
