• Court of Protection Lawyers here deliver quality legal expertise and exceptional client care, maintaining the existing client focused ethos
• The work is predominantly Health & Welfare
• You will manage your own files, with plenty of support

About You:

• As the successful Court of Protection Lawyer, you will be an experienced practitioner with a bias towards Health & Welfare
• Be committed to the onward provision of publicly funded work; particularly COP files
• Demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for this area of law

Those able to supervise and/or on the Mental Capacity (welfare) Panel are desirable but not essential.
