Job Description
A highly respected Chartered IFA firm based in Kent, with over 25 years of experience in wealth planning, is looking to appoint a Paraplanner following continued growth and an increasing volume of referrals. The firm has a strong and well-established team of employed Chartered Advisers and a solid reputation for delivering exceptional financial planning to high-net-worth clients across Kent, Sussex, and London - including city professionals, retirees, business owners and families with significant investable assets.
This is a newly created role sitting within a collaborative paraplanning team, where you will work across the full end-to-end process - producing suitability reports, carrying out research, running calculations, and handling a range of technical tasks across whole-of-market products. The firm works with a broad and sophisticated client base, so the work is varied and genuinely interesting for someone who takes pride in the quality of their technical output.
The role suits either a dedicated career paraplanner who wants to develop and grow within a firm of this calibre, or someone with a longer-term ambition to move into advising - that pathway exists for the right person, though it is not a requirement. Diploma qualification, or being close to completion, would be ideal, and familiarity with Intelligent Office and a range of platforms would be an advantage, though training will be provided.
Salary is negotiable between £40,000 and £60,000 depending on experience, with a bonus and full benefits package on top.
