This role plays a central part in supporting advisers and paraplanners to deliver high-quality advice and exceptional service to clients. The Business Manager acts as the primary coordination point between advisers, paraplanners and clients-managing client reviews, handling sensitive information, processing new business and ensuring all administrative activity is completed accurately and efficiently.
