Our client, a national IT company, are currently recruiting a confident Field-Based Lead AV Engineer to join their expanding installation and service team. This role is ideal for an Engineer with solid hands-on experience who is ready to take ownership of projects, support junior colleagues, and deliver high-quality AV solutions across commercial, corporate, education and public-sector environments. Working Remotely, duties to include: Install, configure and commission AV systems including displays, projectors, audio systems, control systems and video conferencing platforms Conduct on-site service visits, diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance Complete structured cabling, terminations and equipment mounting to professional standards Support project managers with system testing, documentation and client handover Provide clear, customer-focused technical support during installation and service visits Ensure all work meets health & safety requirements...
