This is a senior-level role with a strong balance between hands-on electrical design , technical leadership , and continuous improvement . The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of electrical systems for complex, industry-leading products, while also contributing to team development, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
