Drainage & Flood Risk Planning Support Contract: Part-time initially (likely to move to full-time) Location: Remote (UK-based) Engagement: Contract This well known multi disciplinary design consultancy are looking to appoint a Contract Civil Engineer to support a growing workload across planning-led infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for an experienced Civil Engineer seeking flexible, remote contract work, with the opportunity to increase hours as workload ramps up. The Role You ll be supporting planning applications across a range of schemes, with work predominantly focused on: Production of Drainage Strategies Preparation of Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) Planning support for small to medium residential developments Commercial developments and solar farm projects Occasional input into larger S278 highway schemes Work will be largely technical production, with minimal meetings and a strong emphasis on quality and turnaround.
