Accounts Assistant - Construction - Haverhill - Full or Part Time - Hybrid & Flexi A growing business that operates in the construction industry on high end projects, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate, efficient account management. Key Responsibilities: • Support purchase ledger processes (invoice processing, reconciliations, supplier payments) • Assist with subcontractor administration (including CIS and HMRC submissions) • Manage company expenses, charge cards, and employee reimbursements • Handle accounts inbox, calls, and general finance admin • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and reporting data • Support vehicle-related cost tracking, expenses, and account management What We're Looking For: Confident communicator (email & phone) Experience in accounts/admin (purchase ledger preferred) Knowledge of CIS / HMRC processes (desirable) Experience in a...
