My Client, a specialist Earthing and Lightning Design Consultancy, is searching for a Earthing and Lightning Design Engineer who has experience using CDEGS to join their team. This is a remote opportunity to work on varied designs for Nuclear Power Stations, substations, railways, battery storage and renewable energy sites. Candidates are required to have a strong academic background in Electrical or Power Engineering and are working towards Chartered Status. Candidates are also required to have experience completing earthing and lightning protection designs and earthing system analysis using CDEGS. You are also required to have experience of earthing issues and standards associated with power networks up to 400 kV. A driving licence is essential to visits varied sites across the UK.
