Purple is looking for a Growth Director to lead new business sales of Engage and our wider AI products to marketing leaders worldwide. Engage is an AI-native customer engagement platform. It combines first- party customer data with omnichannel engagement (email, SMS, surveys, offers and AI agents) and paid media activation across the major social and search channels. Marketing teams can build audiences, run acquisition, lifecycle and retention campaigns, and measure return on spend in one place, on usage-based pricing that scales with the value they get. Alongside Engage, we are launching an AI platform that lets businesses build their own apps, workflows and agents on their own data. Marketing and commercial leaders are natural buyers for both. This is a senior, quota-carrying role. You will open conversations with CMOs, marketing directors and CRM leaders, run consultative sales cycles and close new business.
