Are you a self-starting Family Lawyer? My client, a well-established North Yorkshire law firm, are looking for a to take on a senior role within their Family Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a respected practice with a loyal client base, strong local reputation, and a friendly, supportive working culture. The role: Manage a varied caseload of private Family Law matters (no Legal Aid work), you'd be stepping into a caseload where a significant % of them are litigated files. Focus on financial settlements following divorce or separation, as well as wider family law issues. Work alongside another senior lawyer to develop and modernise the department. Supervise and support junior team members, including paralegals and trainees. Deliver exceptional client service and contribute to the continued success of the team.
