We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Compliance to lead and strengthen ANNA Money’s regulatory and compliance function in Australia. You’ll own compliance across a growing regulated product set spanning business accounts, cards, payments, and lending. This is not a “keep the lights on” compliance role. You’ll be expected to build the framework, partner closely with Product, Operations and Leadership, and help ANNA scale in a way that is fast, commercially aware, and regulator-ready. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our existing licences and registrations, progressing new licensing work, overseeing regulatory obligations, and helping shape the next stage of ANNA’s compliance maturity in Australia.
