For this role you will need to be in Telford, Shropshire 2 days per week. Please find some details below: Role Description The role will be a technical Support Engineer within Account Production Services (APS). Developing technical skills and working as part of a team in Telford to fault find and resolve technical issues that end users maybe experiencing. Supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS and O365 whilst developing knowledge to support non-standard applications.
