The ideal candidate is going to be someone who has gained at least 2-3 years of experience as a Conveyancer and has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the Conveyancing process. We are working with a Legal 500 law firm based on the Wirral who are looking to add a Fee Earner to their team. You will be supporting the management of a caseload of Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) claims. Our client believes this role would be suitable for someone who is a non-qualified Legal Advisor or a Paralegal who has experience working in RTA claims handling. Legal qualifications (e.g., CILEX) are beneficial, however for this role they are not essential. The ideal candidate is somebody who has solid working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules(CPR), relevant legislations and applicable case law.
