As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of Windows / Mac based systems in an Active Directory environment, including all computers, hardware, and software. Understanding of MS Office suite applications and basic IP network troubleshooting is essential. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across The Creative Engagement (TCEG) employees. Flexibility around the hours worked would be expected to cover out of office IT related/office projects.
