Membership Advisor Remote / Home Working We are looking for a candidate who has a genuine drive for providing excellent customer service and has the confidence to answer any enquiries. As a Membership Administrator, you will process payments for subscriptions, renewals, training bookings and refunds. Driving engagement and overall member retention with the use of excellent customer service and providing an added value service. You will build, develop and share product knowledge with members and work collaboratively with the team, maintaining accurate records of all calls made and outcomes as well as keeping the member databases up to date and accurate. Contract Permanent, Monday to Friday Salary - ÂŁ20,000 Note This role is a fully home-based role, the client will provide a laptop, training and all tools required to thrive in this role. Interested?
