Profitability & Financial Modelling
- Own and develop profitability models across European operations.
- Maintain and improve dashboards that consolidate data from multiple systems.
- Analyse profitability trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Support countries in understanding financial performance and key drivers.
- Flag emerging trends and risks across the region.
Pricing Analysis & Monitoring
- Monitor pricing strategies across multiple countries.
- Assess whether pricing adequately offsets inflationary pressures.
- Support local teams with pricing decisions and implementation.
- Drive consistency and best practice in pricing management.
Business Partnering
- Work closely with local Finance Business Partners
- Support countries that lack the resources or bandwidth to perform detailed analysis themselves.
- Influence stakeholders to prioritise profitability and pricing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across Europe and encourage adoption of recommended improvements.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- experience with profit modelling/analysis is key
- Experience in the property industry or a similar sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
