This is a fantastic role for an experienced, talented and personable Family Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Cheshire, on a hybrid/remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor who genuinely enjoys family law, takes pride in delivering high-quality legal work and is committed to providing an exceptional level of client care.

You will be supported by experienced and approachable Heads of Department who take a hands-on approach and are genuinely committed to developing and supporting their teams.

The Role

Family Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, covering a broad range of work, including:

• Divorce and financial matters
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation agreements
• TOLATA matters
• Injunctions
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Other privately funded family work

About You

Family Solicitor with experience managing a mixed family law caseload, with particular experience in divorce, financial remedy and private children matters.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be confident managing their own caseload from instruction through to conclusion
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Take genuine ownership and pride in their work
• Have strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Be commercially aware and committed to contributing to the growth of the department
• Enjoy building lasting relationships with clients
• Be a positive and collaborative member of a wider team

This is a well-supported position, with access to trainee solicitor/paralegal assistance and centralised typing support, enabling you to focus on your clients and the quality of your legal work.
