Organise client meetings, reviews and follow-ups.
Liaise with clients, providers and third parties.

Take ownership and provide proactive support.
Assist with ad hoc technical and administrative work.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning practice - essential.
Experience as a Senior IFA Administrator, Financial Planning Administrator, Adviser Support professional or Administrator/Paraplanner.
A good understanding of the financial advice process.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Good technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning.
Some experience of Paraplanning, technical research and/or suitability reports.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A confident, professional manner with clients and providers.
The ability to work independently and take ownership.
A flexible attitude and willingness to get involved.
What's on offer
£35,000-£42,000, depending on experience.
Hybrid working considered.
Close working relationship with a director and the opportunity to become a key part of the business.
A broad role combining administration, adviser support and technical financial planning.
A friendly, established financial planning environment.
If you're an experienced IFA professional looking for a broad and varied role where you can use both your technical and administrative skills, this could be a great fit.
