Multiple Locations £39,500 - £41,000 + Bonuses Hybrid Monday-Friday

As a Disability Assessor, you'll assess individuals with a range of physical and mental health conditions, exploring how these affect their everyday function. You'll combine information from the assessment with available medical evidence and use your professional judgement to produce clear, evidence-based reports. Previous assessment experience isn't required. Full training is provided.

What You'll Get

• £39,500 starting salary
• £1,000 salary increase after 12 months, subject to quality, attendance and performance
• £1,000 training approval bonus if achieved within your first 6 months
• Up to 15% annual performance bonus
• Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Hybrid working - 3 days office / 2 days home
• Full training and ongoing development

The Role You'll use the clinical skills you already have, just in a different way.
Your day will involve:

• Completing functional assessments
• Exploring physical and mental health conditions and their day-to-day impact
• Reviewing medical evidence and supporting information
• Applying clinical knowledge and professional judgement
• Producing accurate, evidence-based reports
• Working towards defined quality and performance standards

Who Can Apply? We're looking for registered:
Nurses Occupational Therapists Physiotherapists Paramedics Pharmacists

You'll need:

• Current NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
• Relevant post-registration clinical experience
• Strong clinical communication and assessment skills
• Good written and report-writing ability
• Confident IT skills
• Ability to work through clinical scenarios and make reasoned decisions
• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
• Confidence using screen sharing and providing typed responses

Training You'll be fully supported through a structured training pathway, including:

• 2-day induction in Leeds with expenses covered
• Time with your manager at your base location
• 6 weeks of virtual training
• Up to 2 weeks on-site with a dedicated mentor
