Are you an experienced Legal EA looking for your next career move? This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-level, trusted support to a Partner within a leading international law firm. The firm are recrutiing on 2 identical roles!

Location: Central London
Salary: c£75,000
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

The Partner relies heavily on their EA, so this role would suit someone proactive, forward-thinking and confident taking ownership of their workload, anticipating needs and managing competing priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complex diary management, inbox oversight and meeting coordination.
• Arranging international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting client relationships, business development activity and follow-up actions.
• Coordinating expenses, invoices, meetings and other administrative processes.
• Managing sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as an EA or senior-level PA, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, sound judgement and a highly professional approach.
• Someone who can work autonomously, use their initiative and confidently prioritise on behalf of a busy Partner.
