Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect for a fully remote, six-month contract with a high likelihood of extension. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior architecture professional to lead enterprise-level platform strategy, provide architectural guidance and support complex digital transformation programmes.

The successful candidate will work with executive stakeholders, enterprise architects, platform owners and development teams to translate business objectives into scalable architectural roadmaps and solutions.

Language requirements: English is required, alongside fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Portuguese, Finnish, Swedish, Italian or Norwegian.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership and advisory across multiple ServiceNow engagements.

• Work with executive stakeholders, enterprise architects, platform owners and development teams throughout solution design and implementation.

• Provide architectural expertise across multiple ServiceNow workflows, including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB and CSM.

• Translate business objectives into architectural blueprints, roadmaps and transformation strategies.

• Build relationships with Centres of Excellence (CoE) and business leaders to support digital transformation.

• Engage with enterprise architecture teams to establish the platform as a strategic digital transformation solution.

• Manage technical governance, architectural standards and delivery operating models.

• Maintain platform health by reducing technical debt and aligning solutions with ServiceNow leading practices.

• Support solution scoping, engagement estimation and change request management.

• Share architectural expertise, best practices and enterprise-level design principles.

• Identify opportunities to leverage or integrate AI into workflows, decision-making and problem-solving.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or an equivalent environment.

• Strong ServiceNow platform architecture experience.

• Demonstrable management consulting experience.

• Expertise across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB and CSM.

• Strong enterprise architecture, integration and technical governance experience.

• Experience leading architecture and design for large-scale enterprise programmes.

• Knowledge of cloud application technologies and enterprise design patterns.

• Ability to analyse and resolve complex technical and business challenges.

• Confidence working independently and managing programmes in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leveraging or integrating AI into business processes, decision-making or problem-solving.

• English plus at least one of the following languages: French, German, Portuguese, Finnish, Swedish, Italian or Norwegian.

Preferred Certifications

• CMA or CTA certification preferred.

• Relevant Certified ServiceNow Professional certification.
