Graduate/Remote Operating Centre (ROC) Engineer - Hydrogen Power

We are looking for a skilled Remote Operating Centre Engineer to join a growing team responsible for the real-time monitoring and remote operation of a fleet of Hydrogen Power Gen units. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge renewable energy technology, supporting zero-emission power delivery across multiple industries.

What you'll do:
Monitor and remotely operate Hydrogen Power assets, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues
Escalate complex faults and provide advanced technical support as needed
Support operations and customers, liaising with suppliers, field teams, and clients
Track hydrogen fuel usage, coordinate deliveries, and manage remote system shutdowns
Analyse performance data, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
Follow emergency and contingency procedures to minimise downtime
What we're looking for:
1st or 2:1 Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical preferred) or equivalent - Recent Graduates considered
Experience operating and remotely fault-finding industrial or energy assets
Strong problem-solving, technical, and decision-making skills under pressure
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proactive, self-motivated, with a passion for renewable energy
Experience in a Remote Operating Centre or fast-paced operational environment is a plus
This is a hands-on, high-impact role offering career growth within a 24/7 operation, with initial day shifts moving to shift-based patterns in 2026.
