As a Bilingual Reservations and Revenue Management Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving pricing strategy, maximising occupancy and revenue, and shaping this evolving role with strong opportunities for growth.

 

 

General responsibilities:

We’re on the hunt for a UK home-based, freelance contractor, to join the team as a Reservation and Revenue Management Executive, Bilingual (English & French, with German as a bonus).

You’ll play a key role in managing reservations while actively supporting revenue management initiatives, liaising with clients, advising on pricing strategy, availability and yield optimisation, creating leases, and supporting reporting and administrative tasks. Your analytical mindset and commercial awareness will directly contribute to increasing revenue, optimising occupancy and improving overall portfolio performance.

This is a permanent freelance position: Applicants should be willing to register their own limited company within 3 months & file their own taxes with HMRC.

● Book like a pro! Add and manage bookings into our PMS (Property Management System); ensuring pricing accuracy and data quality to support revenue analysis.

● Support day-to-day revenue management activities, including price updates, availability control and monitoring booking trends and revenue performance.

● Be a friendly face for our clients, handling emails & phone calls and making our clients feel valued and heard, balancing customer satisfaction with revenue optimisation.

● Be the heart of our company; coordinate with the team to schedule apartment viewings and follow-up activities for potential customers.

● Collaborate with the property management team, guest success team, and accounts department to ensure a smooth booking process.

● Keep everything on track by looking after various administrative documents, such as invoices, contracts, and reports.

● Bring your own flair to the role by continuously improving administrative and revenue-related processes and suggesting new ideas for streamlining operations.

● Ensure apartment listings remain competitive, well-positioned and aligned with pricing strategy.

Who are we looking for?

● The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural ability to handle multiple requests with ease.

● Fluency in French and English a must, and German would be a big plus.

● Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset.

● A clear interest in revenue management, pricing strategy and commercial performance.

● A true team player: be happy to collaborate with the whole team.

● Be friendly, approachable, and commercially driven.

● Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

● Previous experience in revenue management, corporate serviced apartments, property management, vacation rentals, or logistics would be beneficial.

● A willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

● Comfortable working with numbers, reports and performance indicators.

● Tech-savvy, confident using PMS, booking platforms and computerised tools.
