We are working with a highly regarded and long-established law firm looking to appoint an Associate Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong client base, offering exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters. You will play a key role in delivering commercially focused legal advice while managing your own caseload and contributing to the continued success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial and rural property
- Advising on agricultural tenancies, including Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act matters
- Providing advice on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and licences
- Supporting on more complex transactions and development work where required
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless legal services
- Contributing to business development initiatives and client growth
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of real estate matters
- Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive and collaborative team player
