This would suit an ambitious qualified or PQ Financial accountant with strong technical skills who values work life balance but wants to take the next step in their career within a forward thinking company.

The successful candidate will support the wider team and senior management with statutory accountants as well as supporting across ad hoc projects and process improvements.

• UK statutory filings and financial statements, ensuring regulatory obligations are met and accounting treatments are correctly applied under both UK and US accounting frameworks.
• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist process improvement initiatives
• Support internal and external audit

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ICAS)
• Strong Statutory accounts experience
• Strong knowledge of UK/US GAP accounting standards
• Proficient Microsoft Office and accounts software SAGE/XERO or similar
