Dynamite Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a long-term client who has a brand-new vacancy to join their team. They are recruiting for a Bid executive This role will play a critical part in the strategy for the attraction of new business through tenders.
Purpose of job: The Bid Executive will support the winning and delivery of profitable business.
Your responsibilities: - Ensure the identification of all tender/bid opportunities within the markets which the company operate and prepare these for commercial gate review.
- Work closely with the relevant teams and portals to keep abreast of the market movements and implement effective bid engagement strategies on behalf of the business
- Ensures these opportunities are accurately logged and updated on NAV
- Manages these opportunities through gated process, ensuring sufficient information from the client / market for robust qualification
- Develops outline proposals / RFI / PQQ responses
- Develops full proposals including pricing / ROI model, risk register and high-level mobilization
- Support the timely submission of bids and proposals
- Supports pipeline reporting activities
- Conducts regular reviews of win / loss reasons to evolve quality of bid materials
- To deliver excellent customer service to both external customers and your internal customers
