AgileSource are delighted to be supporting a growing and forward-thinking consultancy in the search for a Finance & Administration Assistant to join their team.

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager and Operations leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of finance and administrative processes.

This is a varied role offering exposure across finance, operations, and people processes, with strong opportunities for development as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Support

  • Process supplier invoices and staff expenses
  • Collate and process weekly timesheets
  • Obtain purchase orders from clients and internal payment approvals
  • Support project cost administration
  • Maintain accurate project documentation to support timely client billing
  • Provide management with project information and analysis
  • Assist with monthly management accounts preparation
  • Support internal finance systems and tracking processes

Administration Support

  • Support employee onboarding processes
  • Assist with clearance administration
  • General office administration (phones, meeting bookings, visitor management)
  • Maintain internal HR and people systems
  • Support recruitment administration and coordination
  • Provide general support to the operations team

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong sense of accountability and reliability
  • Proactive, with the confidence to take initiative
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured way
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident using systems and tools, including Excel
  • A positive, energetic approach and willingness to learn

Working Arrangements

  • Location: London (near London Bridge)
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Salary

  • Up to £30,000 per annum
