Main Responsibilities: Most of the work is high profile contentious or edging towards contentious employment work. Individuals working in all forms of financial services, partners in professional services businesses, consultants and senior executives in industry. A flexible concept of employment work A lot of restrictive covenant, whistleblowing and discrimination advice also covering partnership and LLP, misrepresentation, harassment and stress at work claims that arise A good proportion of our work is litigated in the High Court.
