Management Experience and commitment to delivering high quality customer service in an Assistive Technology/Telecare work environment Extensive knowledge and experience of all control room functions and individual roles and responsibilities. Detailed and practical knowledge, understanding and experience of the Assistive Technology/Telecare Services Association accreditation. Experience of business process reengineering and process, strategy and policy development. Experience of working with senior officers, Adult Social Care, health practitioners and other internal and external agencies. Experience of developing and presenting PQQ and full tender documents.
