The role:
- Preparing portfolio reports and pre-meeting documentation
- Reviewing and maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting new business processing
- Managing your own workflow to meet service standards
- Working closely with advisers, paraplanners and wider teams
- Escalating issues promptly to ensure smooth service delivery
What you'll bring:
- Experience in administration or client servicing (ideally within Financial Services)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work towards industry qualifications (desirable)
