Associate IFA Administrator - London (Hybrid) - £30-35k

Job Description

A great opportunity to join a growing financial services organisation in a key support role, helping advisers deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role:

  • Preparing portfolio reports and pre-meeting documentation
  • Reviewing and maintaining accurate client records
  • Supporting new business processing
  • Managing your own workflow to meet service standards
  • Working closely with advisers, paraplanners and wider teams
  • Escalating issues promptly to ensure smooth service delivery

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in administration or client servicing (ideally within Financial Services)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work towards industry qualifications (desirable)
