The Role
You will provide essential administrative support to the advisory team, ensuring clients receive an efficient and professional service throughout the financial planning process.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
- Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
- Preparing review packs and supporting annual review meetings
- Monitoring business pipelines and following up outstanding requirements
- Assisting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administration
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and compliance requirements

Working Pattern

Requirements
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator
- Experience processing pensions, investments and protection business
- Knowledge of FCA-regulated financial planning processes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
