Job Title: Sales and Homeownership Coordinator (Temporary, for a fixed term to cover maternity leave - up to 12 months)
Hours: 37 Hours per week (to be worked flexibly in line with business needs)
Salary: £30,857.77 per annum, pro rata (Plus Regular User Mileage Allowance)
Location: Based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich.
Flexibility to work from a variety of places including our office at Gadbrook Park, Northwich and home (dependent on the job role and the needs of our customer, our organisation and our teams)

We are looking for a driven, diligent, and friendly Sales and Homeownership Coordinator to join our Team. What Will You Do?
As the Sales and Homeownership Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales and Homeownership Team, providing marketing and sales support and administrative functions. You will help to raise brand awareness via our website and social media platforms and provide essential administrative and coordination support across a range of sales and homeownership activities. Working closely with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal stakeholders you will ensure sales progress smoothly while maintaining high levels of accuracy, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements For This Role*
Due to the nature of the role, a full current driving license and access to a car is essential. The role will also require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
