Hardware/Electronics Design Engineer (2 Positions)
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working)

What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop analogue and digital electronic hardware.
- Produce schematics and support PCB layout activities (Altium Designer preferred).
- Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and hardware verification.
- Carry out testing and validation using standard laboratory equipment.
- Contribute to the development of hardware test procedures and engineering documentation.
- Interface electronic hardware with sensors and Embedded systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development life cycle.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of analogue and digital circuit design fundamentals.
- Experience with schematic capture and exposure to PCB layout, ideally using Altium Designer.
- Experience with prototype bring-up and hardware verification.
- Confident using laboratory test equipment including:
- Oscilloscope
- Spectrum Analyser
- Signal Generator
- Experience contributing to test procedures and technical documentation.
- Exposure to sensors and Embedded hardware interfaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
