Job Advert: Remote Recruiter (Temporary, Full-Time, 6 Months)

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking an energetic Remote Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis for six months. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
- Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various platforms, ensuring a diverse talent pool.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage job postings across multiple channels and maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing updates and feedback during the hiring journey.
- Assist in the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and experience utilising latest technology to aid searches
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, fluency in French an additional advantage.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages including PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and metrics.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with Workday and phenom knowledge preferred.
