Location: Epsom (Hybrid working available)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established and growing organisation. Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving continuous improvement, financial control, and business performance.

• Manage the month-end reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, KPI reporting, and performance analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Deliver detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Support budget holders with financial planning, cost control, and overhead management.
• Produce financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain robust financial controls and assist with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements within reporting processes and finance procedures.
• Support ad hoc projects and wider business initiatives.
• Assist with mentoring and coaching junior finance team members where required.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven management accounting experience within a commercial environment.
• Strong month-end, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of commercial awareness and analytical capability.
• Experience managing costs, overheads, and financial performance reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using Power BI and financial reporting systems would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
