Like the trees we plant - we’re growing too. We are looking for a meticulous and articulate LinkedIn Outreach & Data Executive to join our friendly team on a fully REMOTE, freelance basis.

We need someone who doesn’t just replicate tasks blindly, but genuinely enjoys getting to grips with a business. Our clients rely on us to understand their exact ideal customer criteria, build pristine data lists, and handle human, cliché-free conversations that cut through the noise.

Experience Requirements:

Essential:

  • A minimum of 12 months LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience (gained within the last 2 years). You must know how to use advanced filters to find exact B2B personas.

  • Exceptional Copywriting & Grammar: You have a real knack for writing natural, peer-to-peer messages. No rigid templates, no salesy clichés, no fluff.

  • Google Workspace & Google Chat Experience: Fluent in using the Google suite for daily work and team communication.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to thoroughly absorb a client's target criteria and ensure every single prospect you identify is a perfect match before connecting.

  • Conversation Management: Experience handling replies intelligently, nurturing the dialogue, and seamlessly moving prospects away from LinkedIn to the ideal handover point (a call, meeting, or email).

Desirable:

  • B2B Data Research Experience: Experience using platforms like Apollo, Red Flag, or Snov.io to build and clean data batches.

  • HubSpot CRM experience 

  • Experience working successfully on a fully remote basis.

Must-Haves:

  • Fast, reliable and secure internet connection (No working from public Wi-Fi networks when handling client data).

  • Your own secure laptop or PC.

  • A quiet, comfortable workspace to operate from.

  • Availability for a crossover of working hours during standard UK business hours (GMT/BST) for team catch-ups etc.

Job Role:

As our LinkedIn Outreach & Data Executive, you will work closely with our Campaign Managers to execute our lead generation campaigns. You will be responsible for mapping out markets, building lists, and handling daily outreach activity on behalf of Park Row Marketing and our valued clients.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Absorb Client Criteria: Deeply understand who our clients need to talk to and why, matching their specific requirements perfectly.

  • Build Precision Data Batches: Utilise Sales Navigator alongside tools like Apollo and Snov.io to search for, filter, and compile high-quality prospect lists.

  • Handle Daily Outreach: Review target profiles to ensure they are bang on criteria, initiate connection requests, and deploy tailored follow-up messages.

  • Nurture & Handover: Manage incoming replies with emotional intelligence. Your goal is to guide the prospect smoothly away from the LinkedIn platform to the desired handover point (e.g. booking a call or securing an email address) and pass them to the client with clear notes.

  • Feedback & Insights: Act as the eyes and ears of our campaigns. Work closely with our Campaign Manager to share patterns you notice in the inbox, flag if target criteria need a tweak, and highlight what is working well so we can continuously improve.
  • System Housekeeping: Keep lists, tasks and campaign tracking sheets meticulously updated so no lead slips through the cracks.
